Google Earth
A tremendous online resource. One can see, through satellite
imagery, the physical location of the home relative to access,
work, stores, school, property attributes and area geography.
I used it to filter ads and to help familiarize myself about
the home before seeing it first hand.

Forclosed home auction website. Good reference for realistic
home values nationwide.
Zillow Type in the street
address to see the estimated value of a home, value of neighborhood
homes and basic home specs. when originally built. Estimated
value does not reflect improvements or remodeling done, unless
information is inputted by the owners.

Home for sale ads are also in print form as
magazines, available on stands in front of high traffic locations
such as supermarkets, gas stations and convenience stores.

website of the National Association of REALTORS”. A
huge network of realtors working cooperatively to facilitate
transactions by using a common database, the world's largest,
of homes and properties for sale.
Windermere Covers
the western states with a big list of Spokane houses. My favorite
real estate site.
John L. Scott Nice
user friendly website with offices in Spokane and outlying
towns.
Tomlinson Black Specializes
in the Inland Northwest including Spokane and vicinity.
